motivation of the day

I got to keep the one in mind. I suck at a lot of the exercises but I should not stop them, they are working.
I kept at it even when I wanted to quit. the first month and a half i saw no change. I thought about giving up, then I read a sparkpoeple article and realized that I was just doing it backwards. I was doing to much strength and not enough cardio. I started focusing more on the cardio and then i measured at the 3 month mark and i saw change. I had lost 8 inches over all. I do not know how much weight I have lost yet, I do not have a scale to use right now. I really need to get one.
