BLC25 Week 12

The best thing about this round for me was joining a new team and getting to know some new SparkFriends. It's been a busy 12 weeks and I haven't been around as much as I would like to but I know I can still come to the boards and check in with everyone. I found out that I do well with self made challenges, as long as I am honest with myself about what I need to work on!
My NSV for this challenge: even though I was out of town from Thursday until Sunday, I still did what I could for the challenge so I would get some points for participation! It would have been so easy to make excuses and not make an effort but I am slowly realizing that the only one I hurt by making choices like that is myself.
My plan for between rounds (which will include a vacation):
Consistently exercise 60 min per day, 5 days per week; can be Cardio, ST, yoga or a combination of all three
Continue to log all food and beverages and work on staying in my calorie range
Log in to SP each day to track my progress
keep working towards 100 pushups!
