I will continue to chat on Team FBI thread
I will plan my meals so that I'll have a better chance of eating well
I will eat a measured breakfast everyday
I will log my food onto SparkPeople
I will get no less than 20 minutes of fitness daily
I will be mindful of everything that passes my lips
I will use all of the tools that I bought that I just HAD to have like - food weight scale, measuring cups, Vitamix, Magic Bullet
I will work earnestly to get 8 glasses of water daily
I will begin to train for my October
I will use a blank monthly calendar to help me stay on track
I will try my best to earn 50 Spark points every day
I will try and eat 5 Freggie daily
If by chance I falter on any of the above I won't feel defeated and throw in the towel but I will dust myself off and get back on track at the very next opportunity.
