Goals for 2007

My 2007 goals are to build healthy habits in regulating my sleep schedule, the content of my food, and completing activities & exercise.
That's rather grand, and obviously too much all at one time. I started with a few specifics, and now am adding one new goal/habit at a time, as the earlier goals become more instinctual or less challenging. I find that part - "Track Other Goals" - on the SparkPoints list very helpful.
I think this is the first time I haven't gotten obsessed with making huge changes and wanting huge results when I started a new program. It feels comfortable to take the time to work a plan in the real world, and know that in time I'll meet my ultimate goal: living healthily over the course of my life, which hopefully will be a very long time!
