Day 3: No Wheat

I'm feeling really good today. I got up and took a nice long walk. The humidity was 93% so I was a muggy mess afterwards, but I felt great!

I came home and did a few minutes of ST/stretching. I had a nice breakfast of bacon, 1/2 apple with 1tbsp. peanut butter, yogurt with strawberries.

I can't believe how many products have wheat flour in them. I was at Trader Joe's yesterday and found some frozen meatballs that I thought would be good and lo and behold wheat flour. I guess as a binding agent. My hubby wanted hot dogs and bought some canned chili and guess what? Yep, wheat flour. It's ok though, it's forcing me to eat less processed which is better for me anyway.

This is only day 3 of no wheat but I really do feel better. My belly doesn't feel bloated. My joints do hurt still but I've read that will take time.
