The Thing About Yesterday...

I didn't get my steps in yesterday. But I did get my food goals.
So it's six of one half a dozen of another as my mom used to like to say.
I'm going to keep plugging along today. Have a weird nervousness about finishing this writing project. This is just how I get before I start writing. I accept it. I have some anxiety about not being able to finish today, so I get hyper about it. But Now I'm going to try to work a bit and see what happens. I'll set my timer for 15 minutes.
