day 2 of getting back on track

Yesterday I was able to start backup with my workouts and keeping track of my calories. I feel better than I have the last 2 weeks even being hot, sweaty and a little sore from working out. I went to bed last night with no heartburn, the first time in 2 weeks. I think my eating less and keeping track helps control that. No matter what i ate or when i last ate before bed i had killer heartburn, to the point of feeling like i might throup.
lets see if i can stay in my calorie range again today and see if i am heartburn free again tonight.
