Wheat Free- Day One

I've been reading Wheat Belly by Dr. Davis and realized I consume too much wheat so here goes. I'm giving it up. Today was the first day and I did pretty good. I probably had too much meat and not enough veggies but it was a start. I don't feel as bloated as usual and I'm hoping it will help with my joint aches and pains. Anyone have any tips?

    have you looked up to see if their are any gluton free spark teams you can join?hope this is the answer you have been looking for.i am still in rehab from my knee replacement but hoping to go home friday.i will also have to reaccess my programm again as due to pain and lonlinesss,missing kids etc the scales are going in the wrong direction.take car and keep smiling,but above all keep on keeping on emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
