Wheat Free- Day One

I've been reading Wheat Belly by Dr. Davis and realized I consume too much wheat so here goes. I'm giving it up. Today was the first day and I did pretty good. I probably had too much meat and not enough veggies but it was a start. I don't feel as bloated as usual and I'm hoping it will help with my joint aches and pains. Anyone have any tips?
