21 Day Fix... Day 1

Okay so after doing further reading I decided that I'm going to do the three day Cleanse sometime After I do the 21 day fix. I haven't purchased the 21 day fix program I have just made a Pinterest board full of 21 day fix ideas and recipes. I am going to start the 21 day fix (portion control program) today. I'm going to follow this as best as i can without having the program for 21 days and see how I do. I just weighed myself and took my measurements. In 21 days I will give you guys my results. I am super excited.... And actually very determined right now.

Right arm 14.5 inches
Left leg 25 inches
right leg 26 inches
waist 42.5 inches
Tummy 49 inches
left calf 16 inches
right calf 17 inches
hips 46.5 inches
bust 47 inches
neck 16.25 inches

I addition to working the Portion control program I plan to workout 30 minutes to one hour at least four times a week, drink 1 gallon of water, and become more active on sparkpeople.
