Happy Friday Beautiful Blessed Ones! emoticon emoticon

How has your week been? I pray you have FILLED up on the Word of God this week. I've written another poem that points US in the direction of the Word of God. Do you know that GOD has exalted His WORD above His Name? Psalm 138:2. It's very important to Father that we keep it in the midst of our heart. If you have a hard time reading full chapters, go to one verse and read it. Then read the next one. Now...if you're reading other things instead of the Word that's another thing. But pray and ask the Lord to lead your steps in His Word and He will by the Holy Spirit. At the Church I attend, every year we are given a Daily Reading Plan. We don't report to anyone but we follow the planned Scriptures. There are New Testament and Old Testament chapters through the week. On the weekend there's Chapters from Psalms and Proverbs. I stay on track. A little slow with the Old Testament verses but I catch up. If reading is hard for your eyes LISTEN online or check to see if there's a station in your area with 24 hour Bible Reading. There's one in TX and I would listen to that all the time AND read and meditate for myself. We ALL need to spend MORE time with God and His Word. Growth happens that way. He wants us to be His Glorious Church and we have to put His Glorious Words inside! I didn't mean to preach a message but to just ENCOURAGE you to open up the Book of Answers. Be Enlightened in Jesus' Name!

“Priority Access”

Listen to the Spirits leading…
Meditate on what you’re reading-
During your daily time with God…
It satisfies and hits the spot-
It soaks you like a gentle rain…
Marks your heart like an ink stain-
Implanted for sometime later…
This pleases our Creator-
As we live on bread that’s alive…
We should daily strive-
To put the things of God first…
We should unceasingly immerse-
Our spirit, soul and body…
So that all can see-
That we…
Are doers of the Word-
We don’t swerve…
To the left or right-
We are carriers of the Light…
Glowing with His might-
His continual delight…
A pleasure-
And a treasure…
To the One to-
Whom we have to do…
We are part of the few-
Declare His Name…
And understand the gain-
Of Spiritual wisdom…
Because the Kingdom-
That is and is to come…
Were created-
And elevated…
By the Most High-
So that we…
Who are crowned with victory-
Can bask in the Glory…
Of the Word made Flesh-
Because the Blood gave us priority access!

That is one of my very favorite Scriptures. It excites me to know that the Word of God truly IS full of His Spirit and Life and it is transferred to us and EVERY situation we send it to by faith! Yes! We CAN send the Word just like God did. In faith and in the Name of Jesus.

Truly appreciate all of your support in this Gift that Lifts and my Freestyle Fridays. I enjoy sharing what the Lord puts I my heart. He's always speaking to ME and I give it out. We all should desire more in every area of our lives. I want to BE all Christ gave His live for me to BE! Now on earth as it IS in Heaven!

Love & Blessings!

I have read through God's word two or three times in my life and have studied His word deeply for years. I love the word of God. This year He called me to read through it again for the first time in many years. I have noticed a difference in my depth of understanding the heart of God as I read through the Old Testament after so many years of deep, abiding study. He has also led me to tools, like the app for my phone. It allows me to read along as I listen to the dramatized reading of the word, taking out the struggle of all those names and towns. I am loving that. Daily He speaks greater depth of understanding as I faithfully get into His word, whether for the joy of reading its pages, or for the study that leads to greater depth of meditation. Thanks for encouraging our continued focus on God and His word. HUGS

So often we feed our bodies and starve our souls, or feed them junk. Silly humans -- we (and I!!) like to deny that it's all connected. Scripture is the very best soul food!!

Thank you for keeping YOUR light shining, Deb!!

When involved in Bible studies my reading is at a deeper level. It amazes me how the Bible is never stale as my circumstances have changed as I read it and I see new meaning that applies to me. We should always be grateful for our daily bread both physical and spiritual.
