2. I walked to/from a meeting 12 blocks away vs. taking the bus. Go me!!!!

3. Apples for lunch vs. chips or fries. Go me!!!

4. Another nice walk with daughter and dog. Go me!!!

5. Logged in and tracked all of my food. Go me!!!
