I have at friend that always tries to sabotage my exercise & healthy eating plans. I have thought about dropping this friendship. Being with him stresses me out. I find now that I'm making all kinds of excuses for not going out with this person. Then I feel guilty about avoiding him because I have known him for over ten years. I have told him that unless he stops trying to change my plans of a healthy life style I will no longer go out with him. A decision I have to come to terms with.
