A Big YAY For Me

Well until my dvd comes from Beach Body I dug out a couple of my old tai chi and Walking with Leslie S, boy sore but felt so good to use those muscles again in a different way. I think I was getting bored of one thing and needed some ump to my routine every day. Last night 35 minutes with tai chi then leg stretches, had a decent sleep which is so necessary for me. Lack of sleep I just don't function all day then I am hungry and want to snack. A nasty cycle and weight is at a stand still which I do want to change so to keep healthy. Three days I have been really faithful in tracking my meals and exercise to stay accountable.
