Ancestry.com will be making a change in it's site.

"Wefre making updates that may impact your Ancestry experience. Certain features on Ancestry will have reduced functionality or may not be supported when using Internet Explorer 8 or 9. Check out the recommended browsers for more information. " It also menitoned other browsers to use. Recommended Windows Browsers

¡Mozilla Firefox
¡Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (although the girl said to use 10)

I called and know i won't lose my tree, but I may not be able to get into some sites especially once I'm not a paid member, then there will be more I can't get into.

I was told to download Windows 10, but I remember someone telling me to never do that, why I forget.

    Thanks for this, Court, and for the condolences. I'm going to put a portrait of Emma on my family tree with a short account of her life. She taught aborigine tribes in remote parts of Northern Australia. In the holidays she and her friends would take off for all parts of the world. Last year it was NZ and she stayed with us. Sadly, this time it was Europe....

    I Liked 7 but for some reason I downloaded 9 and wasn't too pleased but got used to it.

    I haven't heard much of Windows 10. I just asked a computer geek who says that the last one he liked was Windows 7. No specific reason - just his opinion.
