June Success & July Goals

Well I started out June @ 179.2 with the goal of reaching 176. Well, didn't make that goal, actually had a slight gain of 0.3#. I did well for the most part nutrition wise, but need to get back to exercising --consistently.
I know this is a bit late posting since we are 1/3 into the month, but better late than never I guess. This just has been a busy month already ---family in town for the 4th, losing a friend @ the age of 37 due to hemorrhagic strokes (2) & then my birthday on the 10th. But my goals are:
*Getting to a weight of 177
*Getting 7 hours of quality sleep nightly
*10 cups of water daily
*5 servings of Freggies Daily
*Incorporating exercise into my routine at least 5 days per week
I'm ready to get back on track & STAY there.
