I had a few non scale victories this week..
My "skinny" jeans fit. They are not my skinny jeans from like high school but I bought them in 2012 and could never button them... never thought to get rid of them. They fit... Almost too loose but they look better than my other jeans.
I bought a large shirt instead of extra large and it fits well.

I have been drinking my 4 bottles of water everyday. This is day 5 of my water intake being where it needs to be.
I skipped going out to lunch yesterday at a place I am known for ordering crap at to eat my tuna over salad with carrots and cucumbers and a yogurt. It is my new favorite lunch!

The scale has not moved but I feel good. I am doing the right thing and if that means it doesn't move, so be it. I am happy!!

Can someone help me pack for my honeymoon? I do not know what to pack for 2 weeks in Paris, London, Amsterdam and Belgium. It says high 82 and low 68.... Big difference to this FL. girl.

Congrats on the NSV! I'm hoping to have one of those with my pair of pants in a few months. I too bought them years ago but couldn't ever button them.

Skipping lunch and sticking with your lunch is a big victory! I think saying no to certain foods can be difficult.

You've probably told me before but where in FL are you at? Even though you probably don't want to over pack, I recommend packing layers for changing temperatures. Plus stuff that can be worn interchangeably multiple days if you don't get it dirty/sweaty.
