I've done Hip Hop Abs for 2 days now. After bragging that I wasn't sore as others had stated, I am now experiencing upper body soreness from my arms to my back. Surprisingly, no ab pain yet. This workout has made me get back on track. Since it's fun, I don't dread it. Also, I don't want my exercising to be in vain so I'm better controlling my food intake. I have 2 days left in the school year. Didn't make the going away party due to a meeting. No regrets since I missed one of my favorites - Mexican food. Hopefully, I'll continue to make good choices on my next 2 upcoming functions. All the support here at Sparkpeople has been so helpful. I feel as if I'm making a lot of friends.
