Another Day

This is my journey. I will always need to pay attention to what I am eating. There are so many foods on the market today that are plain just not good for us. So, today's focus will be to log everything I eat. This will allow me to refocus by seeing what I am consuming. I can move forward by making healthy eating choices and eating what makes me feel better. Yes, I can do this! emoticon
