Weee 211!

So finally a new blog and a new weight! I am typing with this with my tablet since I am waiting for laundry to finish so this won't be very long since its a bit uncomfortable to type on but I just thought to check in since it has been awhile :) New weight as of today is 211 though and that makes me sooooooooo happy. It is the lowest I have been so far on this journey and it sure as heck hasn't gotten any easier. I figured that losing 30 some pounds would make me a pro at losing weight now but sadly it is not so..I am STILL trying to figure it all out lol. However, new goals is 1) have a no accountability day, which means no tracking my food and indulging one day a week...was my health lady's idea so thought I would try it ;-) Number 2) Stay within my calorie budget 6 days a week! 3) Less frozen meals more home cooked wholesome meals :D

Okay ladies and gents will check in at another 2 weeks and hopefully at 209 then. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and 4th of July! emoticon
