As many of you remember I used to sing in a band that played Classic Country music. You know all of the old good country music not today's stuff. Well this weekend after being split up for almost five years our band "Klassic Kountry" is having a reunion. We will practice on July 4th and play at a Sportsman's Club on July 5th.

Wish everyone could come to hear us. We played so many venues I can't even remember all of them. I have put together a scrap book which none of the group has ever seen so I'll be taking that with me. emoticon

On another note: I went to physical therapy yesterday. I had forgotten to take my pain meds before going and I made it through okay but a few hours after that I could barely bend my knee. So I iced it again and than I put some Aspercreme on it to get rid of some of the extra muscle aching. It still hurts this morning which isn't going to be a good sign for the rest of my day but I've learned to compromise and adapt. I took an ice pack with me and left it at work and I also have something that I can prop my leg on when the swelling starts to get too bad. It's tolerable but who wants tolerable? I want PAIN FREE!!! emoticon

Doesn't it feel like a Friday? To me it does. Mostly because I'm done with work for the next four days, WooHoo!!!!! emoticon
