Wearing dd#2's college softball work out clothes (and her hand-me-down-team-trainer shoes) for my morning walk!

Haven't walked in MONTHS!, so am proud today is Day 2. Yesterday, walked lap around park (20 min) and jogged 100 steps. Today same route, but jogged 175 steps!!!

Makes my MIND feel like a 20 yr old athlete, even tho my body is WAYYYYYY lagging in this department!! emoticon

Baby Steps....

LOL! I can totally relate! I fit into one of my DH's hoodies this winter. He's always been smaller than me!

I put my hair up in low pigtails a couple of weeks ago to beat the heat. Ah, felt so much better than a pony tail. And it makes me smile now every time I put them up again! No one would ever mistake me for a young'un, but in my mind I still feel 25!

PattyR you should be extremely proud of yourself. You are an inspiration to all of us that are trying so hard to accomplish what you have done. You make me want to keep on keeping on. I know that if I do, I can accomplish what you have done. Great job and thanks for sharing your journey. It feels good to know that I can get there if I just do not give up and be more like PattyR. Thanks and have a Terrific Thursday followed by a Fabulous Friday. emoticon
