Day 1. Restart

Didn't realize until this morning that I missed both my steps (by 500) and my Spark Wheel yesterday. So back to Day 1! At least my days of missing one or the other are getting less and less frequent!
1. 10,000+ steps per day
2. 8+ cups water per day.
3. 2 Freggies with each meal.
apple, banana, apple, cabbage, broccoli, kohlrabi, bok choy
4. Regular ST (3+ days per week) W
S x S x M x
5. Regular cardio (5+ days per week) W x Th
6. 1 cup green tea per day
7. 1 blog per day
