Day 1. Restart

Didn't realize until this morning that I missed both my steps (by 500) and my Spark Wheel yesterday. So back to Day 1! At least my days of missing one or the other are getting less and less frequent!

1. 10,000+ steps per day emoticon Total: 10135
2. 8+ cups water per day. emoticon Total: 9
3. 2 Freggies with each meal. emoticon apple, banana, apple, cabbage, broccoli, kohlrabi, bok choy
4. Regular ST (3+ days per week) W emoticon TH emoticon F emoticon S x S x M x
5. Regular cardio (5+ days per week) W x Th emoticon F emoticon S emoticon S emoticon M emoticon
6. 1 cup green tea per day emoticon
7. 1 blog per day emoticon
