PiYo Day 3

Today was supposed to be a Rest day...but I skipped it!! I listened to my body and while my body is feeling kind of pushed, I definitely felt I could still do more. I will listen to my body though and when it says rest, I will. I just knew that the workout was Define: Lower Body which I have done already and knew what to expect and knew it was only like 20 minutes, which was something I could totally do today! Felt great. I feel so long when I am done!! :-) Now it is time to enjoy my Saturday. My brother and his family are back this weekend for their Wedding Reception tonight and we are all hitting the pool this afternoon. Love this family time when we are ALL together!!
