but sometimes I eat to much and then I don't even know how to track it. Like those two spoonfuls of yogurt ice cream I sneaked in. O well, we fall and get back up again. According to the plan I set up I can have between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. I systematically eat more than that. 12 kg of weight loss between now and the new year is not really feasible then. Let's just see how it goes.
