Oh my GOODNESS!! Sweat is NO JOKE!!! I am drenched and exhausted. Five minutes into it and my legs were burning. It was awesome! I really pushed myself on this but there is a lot of room for improvement as I couldn't do all the moves they were doing and I had to look up quite a bit to try to figure out what she was doing. It's pretty fast paced, but I am going to love that about it once I get the moves figured out. That is a serious workout. But she is so motivating throughout the entire thing. She is good about convincing me I CAN DO IT!! I didn't think it was possible to sweat that much without any shoes on!!! I do believe there is a shower in my VERY near future!!! Make sure you have your water and towel close by for this one. I had a hard time even using my mat halfway through because I was so slippery from all my sweat. Awesome!!!
