Happy Friday SparkBuddies!
Nutrition: Not too bad, I’m proud of myself!
Water Intake: Could be better, been averaging 1.5 liters a day, will work on it.
Exercise: Not a lot this week.
Show Biz News:
Been rehearsing for both shows a lot, driving from one to another on the same day. Overall, everything is going well and I look forward to opening both shows.
Original Starting Weight (2011): 285lbs
New Starting Weight (2014): 250lbs
Week 169 Weight: 246.5
Week 170 Weight: 245.0
Week 171 Weight: 243.0
Nothing much to report this week, all is going well and I can’t really complain. I’m very nervous about the 7lbs that I’ve lost so far because I haven’t lost this much weight in over 6 months. Regain is a huge factor with me and as an eternal pessimist I know it’s only a matter of time before it all comes back then some. I’m doing my best to stay positive though!
