Day 10. Farm Share Pickup.

We had our farm share pickup yesterday and picked up a variety of goodies - turnips, brocolli, kohrabi, bok choy, kale, chard, salad mix, and something else I am definitely forgetting.
We had a delicious salad for dinner with a homemade Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette (recipe here: recipes.sparkpeople.com/
). We ended up adding more dijon because the lemon/vinegar were a bit strong. It was a good base, but we'll play around with it a bit in the future to get it just right. :)
1. 10,000+ steps per day.
2. 8+ cups water per day.
