PiYo Day 2

Today was Define: Upper Body. So I started this one and it was only 18 minutes!! Now normally I would be super stoked! But knowing Chalene, I was not excited!! My arms were on FiYa by the time that 18 minutes was done! It was great though. I told myself from the very beginning that with every video, I was going to push myself further than I had ever before. The only person holding me back is myself right? I definitely pushed myself. Once I get through all the videos, I may just do this one along with the legs from yesterday on the same day and figure out something to put in for today's workout instead, but I really need to get through them first. There were a lot of moves today that were so totally different from anything I have ever done before and I am excited to see how my strength builds with each one of them!!
