6/26- New mind set

So, I was talking to my wonderful Fi last night and he was curious about my FB post. I have a new mind set and I use FB to keep me motivated. I check in on there for the gym, I post quotes and I love the support I have as a lot of my friends are on a weight loss journey as well.
My new mind set...
1. STOP negative self talk. I have lost almost 30 pounds and have made huge changes in my life. Stop with the "you are too fat", "that dress makes you look huge", "you will never look like a model". Stop with that and realize where you are and where you came from! Embraces the happiness and the progress.
2. Do not feel bad for having a few treats... But portion those treats. I had a whole plate of tiramisu on Sunday. I don't feel bad as it was amazing but instead, split it and have a portion. Don't feel bad, make smart choices with bad food.
3. Reward myself. I have been to the gym 2 days this week. Today will be day three and if I go Friday, I am rewarding myself with a pedi and mani. My nails look bad and after all that working out, my feet could use a good rub! Stop feeling guilty for doing stuff for you when you are the one going through the big changes and bettering your life.
