PAWES UP ( Week 9 )

OK the ninth week of BLC 25 is done. Hard to believe we are starting our 10th week already. Only 3 weeks left. WI has me at 161.8 That is a .6 pounds loss for the week. Was hoping for more, but it is a loss.Time to get to a healthy BMI and learn to maintain. RRROOAAAARRR!!! This weeks PAWSE will be:

Plan/ Prepare
will continue planning meals out weekly. On Sundays will continue preparing as much as I can for week. Will relieve a lot of stress and give me some extra time through the week to catch up on a few things

will use both nutrition and fitness trackers. Need to make sure everything is tracking right. Pushing myself to try to get in an extra workout here and there. Will make adjustments as needed.

Well a loss is a loss. WI is at 161.8 that is a .6 loss for the week. With only 3 weeks left I'm no where near my goal. Still stuck in those 160's. I have got to get out of them, maybe this will be that week.

SET a non scale and Scale goal.
My non scale goal would be to continue eating healthy.
my scale goal is to loose 1 lbs this week. Want to loose the final 13 to reach my goal and get to a healthy weight

To execute this plan I will follow our teams workout plus look for those extra minute moments to get the heart rate up

    Go you!!! You're so close to the 150's. Way to go.

    I started running again, this time with my younger son, so I'm happy about that. up to 3 miles last week, plan on 4 miles in 4 more days. We're following the running program for the high school cross country team, which ramps up quickly so I think he's going to start leaving me in the dust when we hit 5 miles, but I'll be thrilled to get that far.
