Day 7. Quick Run

This morning I did not want to get up and run. Nope. Nope. Nope. Put it off for an hour then realized that I wouldn't be able to make it up in the evening and decided to just go and do it. Since I only had a bit of time left at that point, I decided to just pick a route and go for it rather than using my 10K trainer (30 minutes) or my 13.1 trainer (68 minutes). I finished 1.74 miles in just under 20 minutes, not a terrible pace. While it was pretty miserably humid, I am glad I chose to do it!

1. 10,000+ steps per day. emoticon total: 28,973
2. 8+ cups water per day. emoticon total: 12
3. 2 Freggies with each meal. emoticon 2 apples, veggie sauce (counts as 2), big salad
4. Regular ST (3+ days per week) W emoticon TH x F x S x S x M x T x
5. Regular cardio (5+ days per week) W emoticon TH emoticon F x S emoticon S emoticon M emoticon T emoticon
6. 1 cup green tea per day x
7. 1 blog per day emoticon

    So glad you did get out and do this !! For I always feel so GULITY if I do not follow thru on my plans,, and hate to have you feel like that !!

    Plz remember to turn in ur time for Mon/Tues,,, and hopefully daily from here,,, woohooo this is soo terrific to read !! U got ur MOJO GOING ON GIRL !! WOOHOOO !! WTG !! And TY so muchers !!

    Love that you can do this despite the weather,, hmmm seems like we are RARELY Satisfied with the weather huh? Its to "cold" "hot" "humid" "rainy" "showers or cloudy" "Cold" "to sunny " LOL on the last one ! I live in Maine and we are NOT having a great time ! though this past week we finally got some sun !! But, yesterday and today, and tomorrow CLOUDY with showers. SIGH !! But, well it doesn't matter as much to "me" since I am now flat on my back. I am though still getting in some exercise, by working my arms, and torso. I was able to do 70 mins ! WOOHOOO !! And though I slept for 10 !!! HRS !! YO ! normally do only 2 to 4 hrs, so I was SHOCKED over this !!! So I got in 6 glasses of water.

    You remind me of how I felt this morning - just wanted to pull the covers over my head and take a day of rest. But then I remembered how horrible I would feel if I didn't get up and at it, so I pulled on my bathing suit and took off for the pool. Made it just in time for my pool aerobics class. And like you, I feel great now. Never underestimate the power of movement!!! emoticon WE DID IT!!!
