I didn't make it in the calorie goal domain. I did bring healthy snacks to the movies though: grapes, celery sticks, pistachios. Felt pretty good about that. We saw the movie CHEF. Enjoyed it.
Also did some gardening and took a walk even though it was pretty dang hot.
I also met the 5 fruits and veggies goal. Yay.
Today I want to walk earlier, before it gets too hot. I need to get to the library for another book on tape. Love walking and listening.
I also want to drink more water. I also want to work for 2 hours at a local coffee shop. I have a writing project that's weighing on me right now. I want to take a lighter approach with it.
