Trying hard not to get discouraged this week because I gained a pound ... and can't pinpoint why. I worked hard all week to do everything right. Guess I'll just have to try harder next week.

8 hours of Sleep - 7 days
Get at least 100 Spark points - 4 days
33 mins of exercise (normally on treadmill) - 7 days
Get 3,872 Steps - 5 days
8 glasses of water - 6 days
Stay within my Calorie range - 5 days
Stay under 2300 mg of Sodium (HBP) - 5 days
Have 5 fruits & veggies - 7 days

Total for the week - 46 out of 56 or 82%
a little lower than last week but still not bad ... I need to keep trying

Changes for Next week:
*Raising workout time on treadmill to 34 mins
*Keeping the Step goal at 3,872 since the two days I missed I was really close. I have a timer set for 4:00 to check my steps and get on the Wii Fit Free Step if I haven't made it.
*Changing the Spark points goal to getting the triple spin, which means at least 25 points. I've stopped doing some of the things that give points because it was too time consuming and I'm wanting to accomplish other goals in my life as well.
