kaboom?

So I started taking the bus more to get out of the house and walk in other parts of town. Previously, I'd basically done yoga. Tons and tons of yoga. Walked every so often, not consistently. But then I figure: "oh, I'm walking more so I'll be more fit, etc..." and then I check the scale and find I gained 5lbs in a week of that!
