Summer 5% Challenge Fitness Guide

For the summer challenge I plan to exercise 6 days a week - 7 if I can. I want to either run or bike in the mornings (weather permitting). 3 days a week I plan to do strength exercises. I found an article on SP that says 6 exercises to do BEFORE getting pregnant. And since I want to get pregnant, I want to work on those exercises. One of them is the plank and I want to be able to do a plank for a minute by the end of this challenge. I can do 30-40 seconds right now. I also want to be able to do the complete tricep dip exercise (3 sets of 20). I can only do a minimal amount right now (about 2 sets of 10).
