Summer 5% Challenge Nutrition Guide

I am planning on keeping the same diet that I have done in the past for this summer challenge. I basically count calories and try to stay in my range each day. However, I am trying to make sure I drink my 8 glasses of water a day and hoping to eat more freggies.
My biggest thing is counting calories! I know I can do it, if I count!
