Signs of change in the first 3 months! :-)

To begin with I saw changes in my mood and my energy levels. I created a new me - more willing to try things, more active, more goal oriented and focussed, less afraid.
With time I started to believe anything is possible.
Now (almost 3 months later) I'm a person who looks forward to execise! I hate missing it. I have quit sugar and i don't miss it. I don't pay attention to the scale much, even though it sometimes does oblige and move in the right direction... hehehe! I feel fit! I can climb stairs to our 17th floor penthouse, I can walk up steep uphill slopes in the hills, I've started 'walk jogging', my stamina has increased as has my confidence. I've overcome inhibitions about jogging in public - still prefer evening with street lights to bright day light, but still.
Oh and yes, clothes are looser, chin acne has cleared up considerably, cheeks are always glowing with a rosy tinge :-) I've lost 10 pounds but its really the least of my victories; weight is just a number on a scale.
