I've been moving and trying to get into a healthy routine. healthier... I haven't tried VERY hard; I can always find an excuse to NOT do something or TO eat something I really don't need. I'm back going through the recipes, looking at old favs... and I have to start moving. I'll be looking at the SP videos... building back to where I used to be. the pain in my hip, back and knee are awful, and I know if I lose the weight, they will feel 85% better... easily, if not more.
well, just checking in. As I get more settled into my new place, I can develop the good habits I once had... and enjoy the success I know can be mine.
