Skinny vs. Healthy

I lost 1.6 pound this week!!!

I haven't had two consecutive weeks of weight loss in... months!!!

I also went to the gym today. I wanted to do zumba but didn't care for the style of dance with this teacher. So instead I Ellipticaled for 30 minutes and ran on the treadmill another 30 minutes.

But it was interesting, the girl next to me was probably half my size, and I'm not judging her at all I'm so happy she's in the gym however, I'm on there for 20+ minutes sweat pouring down my face, arms, you name it. This poor girl gets on and after 5 minutes she's winded and telling her partner she's done.

There is something I've really learned over this last year, skinny and healthy are not necessarily the same thing. My days of fighting to "get skinny" are over. I'm fighting for my health and the health of my family!!! :gets off soap box:

Well guys that's all for now! I'm pooped and need to have some lunch!
