OK the seventh week of BLC 25 is done. Hard to believe we are starting our 8th week already. We are over halfway through already. WI has me at 162.4 That is a .4 pounds loss for the week. Was hoping for more, but it is a loss.Time to get to a healthy BMI and learn to maintain. RRROOAAAARRR!!! This weeks PAWSE will be:

Plan/ Prepare
will continue planning meals out weekly. On Sundays will continue preparing as much as I can for week. Will relieve a lot of stress and give me some extra time through the week to catch up on a few things

will use both nutrition and fitness trackers. Need to make sure everything is tracking right. Pushing myself to try to get in an extra workout here and there. Will make adjustments as needed.

Being on vacation didn't do me any favors. Showed a loss for both weeks but not a very big one. So vacation is over and it is time to get back on track. Right now the 160's are kicking my butt

SET a non scale and Scale goal.
My non scale goal would be to continue eating healthy.
my scale goal is to loose 1 lbs this week. Want to loose the final 13 to reach my goal and get to a healthy weight

To execute this plan I will follow our teams workout plus look for those extra minute moments to get the heart rate up
