One Of Those Days.

Do you ever have those days where you feel like the amount of food you are eating just isn't enough? Even if it's the same thing you have been eating for the past 4 weeks, and it filled you up every one of those times?
That is me today.
I try to eat a small something every two hours while I am at work as a way to stop me from snacking in between meals (like I used to), however today this is a struggle. I had an apple for breakfast at 10, and by 11 I felt like my stomach was eating itself. I had a weight loss shake at 11:45 and have been starving since about 12:30. I am hoping to make it until 2 to have my sandwich and then I have a granola bar for at 4 and get off at 6. But right now I just really wanna drive across the street and eat an entire 6 pack and a pound from taco johns.
