Reading Top 100 Reasons to Work Out Today

Exercise and I have not made friends yet, we are barely on speaking terms...LOL. One of the attachments to my SparkCoach messages today was Top 100 Reasons to Work Out Today and 40 Things to Try When You Don't Want to Work Out.....were they in my bedroom this morning? How do they KNOW??!! LOL

Couple eye openers in there, though. One thing to try, beyond "just do it anyway" and "put on your workout clothes anyway"--was "Sit by myself for a few minutes and think about all the things I can't enjoy because of my poor health." In the words of Sheldon..."Bazinga!" OMG. After that eye opener, I'll move on to "do it for 1 minute." After reading their version of what I call 100 kicks in the butt, surely I can squeeze in 5-10 minutes today, somewhere, bit by bit. Surely.
