Going to quickly pat myself on the back here

I am going to quickly pat myself on the back here. Even though June has been crazy, and the past few days have been even crazier than I expected I have mostly stayed in my calorie range. If I have been too busy to track then I made notes of what I ate, and then I plugged them into my tracker later. Surprise, surprise! Aside from one night when I ordered quite badly (it was a hell of a day!) at a restaurant I did okay. I held myself in on Father's Day and did not order the very yummy caramel milkshake that I craved. I did okay.
I have kept my Fitbit going too and in spite of my crazy life I've tried to do my best. I took the stairs when I could have taken the elevator. I didn't let myself sit on the couch after supper, etc. It's not great. I'm not bragging, but I could def be doing worse.
My goal is still to level up by July 4th. I am on track with that. Keeping my trackers going is a key to that success!
