Confession: Today, on my way home from the groceries, i ate a Share Size bag of M&M's, by my self. When I got home, I buried the bag in the trash. Confession-Confession: I've been doing this often lately.

And while i'm confessing, i might as well confess what will consume me on any other day... ice cream, Oreo cookies, potato chips, movie-butter microwave popcorn, Betty Crocker tubs of frosting.... you get the picture. On most days, I can and do enjoy healthy eating, but one bad moment will completely derail me!

This makes me miserable. And sad. And angry. And like a JUNKIE.

It had been a long time since I'd taken the time to read fellow members' blog posts, so i decided to pick 2 at random to read. Wouldn't you know it? Both blog posts were about starting 100 day challenges. They were both super reads and motivated me to do the same (JAIZWAYS & WATCHMEGO). So starting tomorrow I will do the same. i'm going to mull it over this evening and decide what I will challenge myself with.

Starting June 17, 100 days ends on September 25.

I'm excited!

emoticon Even admitting what you do helps. You cannot deal with it until you acknowledge it. Since I wrote my blog I have felt so much more able to deal with it. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want to have support on your 100 Day challenge. emoticon emoticon

I hear what you're saying--eating like that will set me off on a big junk food catastrophe. And you do feel like a junkie--great word that I hadn't thought about, but it totally fits. Hope you do well on your streak--good luck! emoticon
