Yep doing an 8hr endurance race in August. Average temps 93! yikes!!! I gained 5 pds on vacay but drinking tons of water to lose it. I do see it all over my gut and face though:(. I have been in a running funk the past month but took a ton of time off and now ready to hit it again!! Sometimes we just need to reset!!
I am 38 and have 3 kids. My oldest just graduated highschool!!!!!!! How can that be??!!! So I am not to worried about losing 50 pds but more like 10-15. Stay fit and run long:)
I look like this in June2014. Not grotesque but definitely in need of some fat loss. I am on it!!
