Tri Tip Roast

Went for my 3.25 mile walk already :) Going to do my 100 situps, 100 wall pushups, 100 squats with 2 one pound weights, 300 crunches, and 200 leg exercises next after I finish up my sparking for the day.
I'm making a tri tip roast in the crock pot with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, and seasonings. I'll be making a side dish of my home made fried potatoes with onions, garlic, pepper, garlic herb seasoning, a small dash of salt, and olive oil. So far it smells delicious!
