fatigue and eating

Yesterday I ate more calories than I have in a year and half. Granted the first year I did good to get 800 calories. I had a healthy day generally. Shake for breakfast and a fish taco for lunch. I ate more of it than I have in the past as I was hungry having missed a morning snack. I was a little miserable and ate it over an hour because I was doing paper work and just kept eating bites as I went by until it was gone (bad habit it's not thoughtful deliberate eating until full and stopping). Then I had blackberries for an afternoon snack and chili and fruit at dinner before group. At group we had the standard pizza. This is when I was tired and should have avoided (I had ate all ready!). My head hunger won and I ate a small (about half slice as we have large groups and have them slice them half the size!) slice but still ate again. Lesson learned. Next time I will take my dinner to the group meeting and eat it there as another WLS person does. She has a lot more years out than me and we talked about it tonight. FIT LESSON 2014 thoughtful deliberate eating is better!!!!

I had 5,000 steps and continued my rest day. I will have a moderate speed walk today to warm up my muscles and stretch today. I really like the 20 min yogalites video here on Spark and will do this as well sometime today. I will start my challenges back this weekend and be careful not to overdue. Well it's time to get going with some chores. Hope you each have a great day!
