This time works!

I mean, seriously, how many times do I have to yo-yo my way through life before I get this right??!! I've learned a lot and made many many changes to get healthy---I'm the healthiest fat person I know! But now it is time to pull all the pieces together and GIVE MYSELF the life I've always wanted.

I use the nutrition tracker and follow my carbs/fat/protein requirements carefully. Exercise, yeah, well, ....OK. I have worked myself up to 30-40 minutes in the past (when I lost 51 lbs) but now I'm sidelined and have to start all over. *sigh* Discovering I have arthritis in my neck with herniated discs impinging on my spinal cord is not helping, it has decreased the use of my right arm/shoulder. So for 2 weeks I've been doing slow stretches, and today I can actually lift my arm up to shoulder level without severe pain, so I am feeling excited!

I know this will work, I know how to work it, I JUST HAVE TO DO IT.

It can work because you have DETERMINATION. It doesn't matter how many times that you get sidelined You should be very proud of yourself that you haven't given up.

Have you every thought about a accountability partner? You already seem to know what it takes to get track, the accountability partner may help you to propel further.

    In any event, emoticon

Hi girl - glad to see your rockin' attitude. I know you can do it. It might take a long time, but if we stick to it, we'll make it. If I lose even 50 of my XS lbs I'll be absolutely thrilled and it will make such a difference in my life.

Work has been SO hard this week, but I'm hanging on... it's been raining so have not walked enough but otherwise doing well with "my plan". Glad to see you are doing well too. Another weigh-in on Saturday. Wow - it came fast this time. Not sure that's a good thing, but I can't wait for a day off. Older daugther coming home from Seattle U for the summer on Saturday too. Hope it helps with the younger sister.....

TTL and keep up the great work!
