5k Your Way Program- Day 10

Today I did my first full run of week 2. The plan for the day was to run 1 minute and then walk for 2 minutes. I ran for a total of 28.5 minutes and ran 5 miles total!!

I also have completed 250 minutes of activity already this month!

    WOW! Congrats that's so amazing!! I just started running 3 wks ago and I'm up to 18min of straight running. I can't wait til I can hit 5 miles, thanks for the motivation!
