Another milestone in my weight loss journey.

A year ago when I had the option of stairs or elevator I would want to do the elevator because of how hard it was to go up stairs. Did the stairs but it was a slow painful process. Yesterday I went to MOSI and the exhibits are on multiple floors.

I felt like I could run up the stairs, No need to hold the railing, no more one step up with one foot and bring the next foot to the same step and repeat that process all the way up. I was just bounding up them with no problems at all. Yes today I am sore, that is okay I worked muscles that don't get worked often. Don't usually have reason to go up and down stairs. But will be looking for places to go to with stairs more often.

A shame i carried a year ago is now off my shoulders or better yet off my knees.

    I look forward to feeling that way! I still find excuses to use the elevator most of the time, and while I'm not "one-stepping" my way up when I do use stairs I DO pull myself up with the rail (although I try to be discreet about it so it's not so obvious to my friends...)
